IT Admin needs security and control with less management.
The Level 2 IT admin needs to be able to fulfill needs of the endusers in a short amount of time.
LEVEL 2 IT ADMIN
Responsible for fulfilling the needs of the end-users in a short amount of time.
Technical, reports to System Admin and carries out the more mundane process throughout the day.
